Yummy and a little spicy

This rehydrated well with one cup water at a lower altitude. It has a spicy kick but not more than a person who eats mild to medium salsa couldn't handle. The flavors meld very well together, and I found I didn't need to add anything else to "doctor it up" like many other freeze-dried meals. This would make an awesome burrito if you brought a big tortilla or it could make 2 regular sized burritos or several tacos. I highly recommend it. Also, the company is quick to ship and has been very nice to deal with which is a big deal to me.

Everyone likes it!

We were trying out a Southwest Bowl in preparation for some day hikes in the Redwoods. Everyone wanted seconds and thirds, had to make a second pack. Get this one, you can’t go wrong!
