Refund policy
We do not accept returns on food items unless it is defective, damaged, or if there is a receiving discrepancy. To ensure your claim can be processed and not denied for any damage or receiving discrepancies with your order, all claims must be received within 30 days of delivery. All returned product must be received by us in “New”, unused condition and shipped to us. If the product does not arrive in such manner, On Point Adventure Foods reserves the right to apply a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. Please note that we cannot guarantee our delicate item (s) to stay fully intact during shipment process. However, they will arrive fresh and we cannot wait for you to enjoy your products.
